Unhappy 1jz swap done but wont run

ok so im done with my swap only to find out the the car wont stay running, as i start it up is starts with a touch of the key but runs for a few seconds. try it again and it does the samething im thinking its a fuel problem anyone out there that can help me pls?

What are you using for fuel pump control?

It could be priming with key on then shutting off.

I would try applying power to the pump with a constant source to see if that helps anything.

Yea, that sounds like the main fuel ecu relay is unplugged or not working at all. The ECU doesn't know to keep the car running. That or the pump isn't priming at all.

Common issue when doing the GTE swaps.

What car did you swap it into? Who did the wiring?

i had my wiring done by Dr. tweek. were is the fuel relay located is it under the dash?

If he did the harness then call Tweak. He'll help you fix this for sure..he's a stand up dude.

I'd try searching supramania forums. They have a lot of good 1JZ specific info into MKiii chassis swaps.
