attempted bumper removal

i only really wanted to put the license plate on my front bumper, but it wasn't fastening in, so i though i had to remove the whole bumper to get to the back and add some panel to screw into. When I tried to remove the 5 or 6 bolts on the bottom of the bumper that hold it to the bottom, all but one of them cracked and there is a piece of each stuck where it was.

How do I remove those broken pieces cause i want to put new bolts in?

And how do i attach my friggin license plate to the front bomper?

someone help

I actually got the plate on now without taking off the damn bumper, sorry I bet you guys thought I was crazy. But now the 6 bolts that are under the bumper holding it on are broken and the half of each is stuck where it was. How do I get them out? I don't want to take to a garage and pay 100's to get it out.
HELP ME

ummmm....drill each and tap for new bolts. If you don't care too much how and want an easy way, drill new holes and run large flat head sheet metal screws into them. No other reasonable options exist when you break them.
