3rd Generation 2JZGE into MK3 ; any recommended Turbo Manifolds ??

Hello Supras,

So now I'm looking for a turbo manifold, I know so far it has to be specifically for a GE and not a GTE.

has anyone had any clearance issues with the manifolds when installed in the MA70 engine bay? any quality complaints??

there are ebay manifolds ~$130 , cxracing $170 , fab-worx $170 ,
max-redline $156 and some others

Thanks for the input

Yes one single turbo on a 2JZGE running on a 7mgte ecu, harness, and 440cc injectors. This is actually a common setup at least here in South Florida.
Light boost not too extreme ~~17-19 lbs

well thats new to me never heard of someone or anyone running a 2jz-ge off of a 7mgte ecu i hope that works for you but if you want a single turbo manifold for your set up its going to be custom no matter what witch will cost a pretty penny but if i had your set up i myself would go with BIC Performace they have some really sick looking stuff for the swap they did from a 7mgte to a 1zjgte but you might be able to send them an email at info@bicperformance.com and just let them know what your looking for and they will help you get the most from your set up let me know what you find out good luck!!!

The swap is "fairly" common (perhaps a half dozen times, and it is quite well documented). Nobody has ever said anything about the manifolds and if any don't work though, hence I hadn't jumped in yet. It seemed at supramania that they were using generic ebay manifolds given the prices they quoted.

my friend does swaps like this in SoCal..

I am personally going to go 2JZ-NA-T using 7MGTE electronics, including VVTi coils, so I can run GTE valve covers, and go with a FFIM..

of course this is a year or two away, but it can be done...
