3rd Generation help!! What Gear Lube to use in R154 ???

hello everyone i have an R154 that came out of an 87 turbo, and putting it into a 2jzge but before that I need to fill it with new gear lube. I will admit i don't know much about the internals of an R154 so Im not sure which gear lube is best in fact i dont even know what fluid toyota specifies for it.
Any help with this is greatly appreciated. what kind of syncros are in there? etc thanks.

3.2 quarts as per the TSRM. Get four quarts. It is generally not sold at your corner auto parts store, try to find a performance dealer or look up dealers online. This oil is worth it, your tranny will thank you. If they try to sell you on something else, walk away. Expect to spend about 40 bucks on it, about 10-12 bucks a quart.

+1. Just put this oil in my E30 325is and WOW. Shifts like butter. Great oil.
