MK3 TURBO!, No Heater, No AC, IM STUMPED!!!

Ok I got a very difficult problem for you guys to hopefully solve!!! My supra does not cool or heat. The heater valve (on the firewall) does not activate (so i had to jump the vacuum past the switch too the valve), and also my AC compressor does not activate!!! I bought this supra some time ago and have never been able to get any of these things to work. I have put in r134a in the AC and changed out the dash climate control box, Nothing worked. I am thinking that is eather the "relay box" or "ac amplifier box" eather way im thinking about dismantlng the dash, (lots of work)!!! i need suggestions, and answers.

PS: i recently replaced the engine, and i didnt remember where the ac compressor wire went, but i looked around and found a connector (blue) behind the battery, its a different color then the ac compressor wire (yellow). is this wiring correct?
