AFM for a '89 Supra Turbo

Greetings, I'm a newbie to this site.

I need help finding a part for my 1989 Toyota Supra Turbo (7M GTE engine), the Mass Air Flow unit has quit on me (code 31). OEM part number is 22204-42010 Any ideas on where I can find a MAF at a reasonable price??? In the meantime the car ain't rollin'...

we use a karman vortex style air flow meter not a maf air flow sensor.

or you can check out the for sale sections on supraforums.com or supramania.com

if you can wait there is a maf coming out for this car soon.

Used Lexus V8 unit.

Not sure what your needs will be in the future or you hurry.

But I used a Lexus V8 unit the sensor and the intake it is attached to. I used this based on modifications and it provides 20% more air flow then stock system does.

I used this based off the SONIC web page at this link www.supras.com

But I'm not sure if I just was lucky or what, but the unit I purchased I think off a GSxxx with V8 toyota engine worked great. It also plugged right in with no re-wiring.

The car runs fine on that note. I'm in the process of tuning it now with the Apexi SAFC2. Running to rich.

Good luck with that, if you plan to modify the car later I would look into the Lexus V8 unit, I got my setup for $200.00 shipped to my door.
