1uz-fe MK3 Supra Issue

I recently purchased a 1990 Mk.3 supra from a friend of mine its in great condition with one issue the Crank Position Sensor on the 1uzfe is bad and its causing the motor to miss-fire and idle terribly but the sensor in there is a one off custom made i have a OEM replacement sensor but its a 2 wire connector and the custom one is a 4 wire connector is there someone out there with prior knowledge of something like this that could help me out i would be most thankful for any help
