help swapping a 5 speed for an auto

i hav an 89 supra turbo. i'm looking to swap out the auto tranny for a 5 speed but i ran into a snag. i need a new wiring harness b/c mine is falling apart and so i want to just replace it so i don't have to worry about any wiring problems down the road. i will also re pulling the engine and rebuilding when doing the tranny swap. my question is: should i get a harness for an auto tranny or a 5 speed? the car also has ABS and i'm sure that makes a harness a little more tricky to find. a friend suggested a company called Painless Wiring. he said they have a lot of varities of harness. i haven't checked into it yet but if anyone also knows where a good place to get a harness would be that would be a great help. i'm looking for new or used, it just need to work. the question is for an auto or 5 speed though.

A Painless harness you will have to build. There's certainly enough wiring diagrams out there to do a custom harness, but I'd recommend you just pick one up. Toyota still stocks them, and it will be cheaper than sourcing all the wire you'll need. I would just get the harness for your vehicle. As I recall, there is nothing you need to do to the harness to swap to a 5 speed anyhow, but perhaps someone that has done it can jump in if I'm mistaken

the toyota dealership i contacted told me they could not get a harness for me and it was around $550 if they could've. i'm going to need a new harness the questions is which one do i get. it has an auto in it now so should i get one for an auto and then just trick the park position sensor so it's always in neutral? or get a manual harness? also i have ABS so i will need a harness that includes that.
