Japan sells 2001 Supras RZ

It kinda sucked that the US decided to stop selling supras here. So what should I do to get the new versions? Import it directly from Japan was my answer. Even the model design changed slightly from the third gen supras, 1992-1997 The new supras in Japan has high profile headlights a 315 HP twin turbo engine, and lighter weight ratio. So, is it worth the $$$$ to import one here?

Price range:

Supra RZ $30,000-$45,000 6-Speed manuel, 315HP twinturbo
Supra SR $25,000-$35,000 5-speed auto, 240HP Naturally Aspired

From what I've heard they haven't been released at all yet, but when they do they should be worth the wait.

That would be nice to have a 2003 supra, and drive it in the states. Since I don't have cash shooting out of my ass, I'll stick to my for now.

I think you've got your gens a little messed up.

4th Gen was the newest Supra.... ran from 93.5 - 1998.

The 3rd gen was from like 1988 - 1993.

and the 2nd gen was from 1982 - 1987 or so.

I have never seen a first gen in my life ..... sooo.... i dunno.
