Hi all..I have a chance to get a 90 Supra Turbo which is excellent condition but the motor is shot..does anyone know where in the GTA I can get a JDM engine for it? Any idea of $$

engines are available from a couple of sources, but they are pretty hit or miss. What is "shot" about it? There are a number of places that could do a stock or mildly upgraded version (forged pistons and a metal gasket) for not a whole lot more than a used engine...

The engine block has a hole in the side..pretty much shot in my view..I can do the swap but need a good short block.

check the torontosupraclub.com site. As I recall there is one or 2 part outs going on right now that you might be able to get an engine from. You'll also find more local owners there that might have something, or know of one laying around.
