. I tore apart the harness and looked for bad wires and didn't find jack.
I added a new ground from head to the body just incase, i reset the battery and started it a few times to get it to idel, I noticed that it won't rev up at all until the engine light comes on. After the light comes on it does what is in the first vid. I'm posting a second one of what it does till the light kicks on.

The codes posted are both AFM related. 31 is open or short circuit, 24 is air temp sensor.. Check your PM as the description would take longer than the picture...

So I tested the two far right prongs on the afm and I have no resistance. Is she toast?

I think I might already have the Lexus afm housing?

did you check the voltage? key in the on position should get 1-3 volts from the ECU. The AFM itself should give 1300-3000 ohms depending on temperature in your area. I would swap another AFM tor see if that fixes it if you get the correct voltage and the resistance is 0

I checked voltage at the plug, the three in the center were between 4.8 and 4.97

tsrm pages 56-58 and 60 have all the specs. check the new AFM as well. You may need to check right at the ECU pins to see if the ECU is alright, or wiring. My bet if the new AFM checks out is the wiring.
