need some help

hey guys, i recently purchased a 1989 toyota supra a couple of months ago. I bought it for cheap, so I expected a few problems to come with such a cheap price and am willing to put some money into it and restore that bad boy. the few problems with the car are: the starter is now gone, and there a few leaks (oil, power steering fluid and a gas tank leak). I am going to fix these problems soon. but i am a complete and utter noob, so I just want to know where i should start on terms of restoring the car. i am open to any and all suggestions.

How do you define restore? is there body work to be done? If yes, you might start there. You might just have to give it a complete mechanical once over and look for the rough spots. All you really need to do is fix everything that needs fixing faster than it can break and get it looking as good as you want from there.
