There are fiber optic cameras for that purpose, but unless you can rent one they tend to be very expensive. The scopes you can get at Home Depot are not flexible enough for anywhere but looking down at the top of the valve. Pulling the head is going to cost you far less, and it looks like that's a must at this point anyhow.

Thanks bgrieger, I will call a couple of parts stores to see if they have one for loan.

I was wishing, if I have a stuck valve, not burnt ones, then maybe I can seafoam it to free the valves... I know, it is wishful thinking...
