what models of the supra were made between 93-98, and which one is the lightest tt model?

MK IV, N/A and twin turbo. Both had auto and manual, both can targa or hardtop, though the TT got a 6 speed.

Lightest - likely any hardtop without the shit hoop (my name for that tall spoiler...prefer the MK IV wingless myself). Can't remember whether any got moon/sun roofs, but avoid them for weight.

i think that the 93-98 supras only were w/ the targa or no targa option so there is no moon/sun roofs

The lightest would be the NA hardtop.
