Hey guys, well i am doing a custom turbo for my 98 civic, and i bought a toyota supra turbo. THe guy at the junk yard told me that it came off of a 79-92 series supra????

Well i need to know what stock boost is on this turbo!

anyone know the answer/know where i can find this answer???

If it's off a supra its a MKIII Supra (87-92)

I think Ive seen it reported that the absolute MAX pressure(on a supra at least) is 14 psi of boost (I believe the stock setting is at around 7 psi though).

I'd recommend a second opinion from maybe Ben, or one of the other members, as im not 100% on that

Hi,

The Stock pressure spec on a ct-26(stock turbo) from the manual is 5.75 to 6.25psi.

We run them up to 12psi with exhaust, intake, and a boost controller, and all the while still using stock fuel system.

Some people, who have upgraded most everything else, and the turbo with a 60:1 compressor wheel run up to 22psi, and 400rwhp.
