Where to start looking for parts to rebuild my 7MGTE engine?

Depends on what you're doing. For a simple "get her running" rebuild:
· Stock pistons & conn. rods
· Toyota HG
· ARP head studs (@80ft-lbs of tq)

If you're going for something that will eventually make power:
· Machine the Head to a perfectly smooth surface (a nice 3-5 angle valve job is nice too)
· Deck the block to a smooth surface as well
· Cometic HG
· Forged Pistons (Stock conn. rods should be fine 'less you're headed over 700hp)
· ARP Studs @ 80ft-lbs. (seen them as high as 100)

And that should hold you in the motor build category.

I'm assuming a competent machine shop that's machining your head should be able to do it.
