a place like pep-boys or something could probably do it fairly cheap and save you some trouble.

A little time and effort is all it takes. This is not a hard thing to do i just got done putting new cables on my Celica. I replaced the starter feed wire as well this all took about 2 hours in the driveway.

If you can't do Battery Cables, should you be working on delicate machinery and electronics?
