USA '86 Supra Parts - Motor, Rims, Auto Trans.

Selling parts from my 86 Supra with a 2.8L

My motor threw a rod, so I am goiing to sell everything from the engine thats left. Basically the top end and the accessories. I do not plan on getting rid of any body parts or interior, as I am getting ready to do a V-8 swap in this car.

All for Sale - Fuel injection system, Complete head, alternator, starter, Automatic Transmission with ECT Power button, ECU, or anything else you need, just ask for what you need.

I also have a set of 4 original wheels from that car in OK shape with 2 Metal Studded snow tires mounted. I will seperate and sell seperately.

I will ship anything anywhere you like. Just shoot me an email with an offer and I will get back to you. jthomas2407@msn.com

Hmm, what kind of V8? Something domestic? A 1UZ-FE?

Talking V-8 QnA

Yep, something domestic. I know people hate to hear this but it is a built chevy small block.

The 4.10 LSD was factory in limited-slip equipped Cressidas. In Canada, anyway.

(you'll find that an LSD-equipped MX73 Cressida in the USA is something rare - we got it standard, you guys got it as a rare option)

I'd personally love to see any V8 swapped in. Make it work

MKII Supras didn't get a 4.10?

As a result, my Cress cruised at 2500rpm @ 100km/h (62mph) in overdrive - a bit high, but nothing too alarming. The GT-S Corolla that my dad had did about 3000rpm in 5th, at the same speed

I am pulling the 6 out this weekend and will start to fab motor mounts and address header fitment. It may take a while but it will get in there.

Here is a website of another guy that did it to his, but he went Fuel injected turbo style V-8. Im just going old school carbureted with a ton of machine work and cool parts.

Yeah, I've seen that site before. It's ridiculously cool

(apparently a 7M weighs about as much as a 350 Chevy, lol)
