I've never seen one go into a 1993 Tacoma. Have fun.

Based on your posts thus far, I'm 100% you don't have the experience to be speaking on this subject.

i dont care if i dont have experience im sure nobody does puttin a supra engine in a tacoma but wat size engine is in a Tacoma? A truck is meant to haul the motor is meant to pull a Supra engine isnt meant to pull s*** with. Its common sense y would u waste the time to say i put a supra engine in a tacoma an its gotta turbo now? honestly... ud be better off slapping a turbo for the tacoma on there an fixing it up.

it would be nice for u to read this thread
http://www.toyotanation.com/forum/t66036.html

or better yet just click on this link, it'll take u right there:
http://webpages.charter.net/dbcaudill/2jztruck.htm

even though it's not the same motor as the one that his friend bought from him, it's still a supra motor, and I would assume about the same difficulty of a swap

And it's called being unique. People do it all the time w/ cars, that's what gets them kudos at shows and whatnot........

i am usually more mature, but i had to through this in for me:

u can say its unique i think it rather funny how someone asks if its possible if it can happen. When u kno nobody prolly ever did it. Also the fact that he asked if it would hall supras like i said arent meant to haul. I kno about being unique but like i said ur better off to throw a turbo on the motor instead of swaping a supra motor to a tacoma. U may have a different point of view. BUT i dont care wat u think call me stupid but its a truck not a sports car wats the point on wasting ur time an money to throw a supra motor into a tacoma an wat show u goin to go in with a tacoma im sure ull win a few shows sayin i put a supra motor in here not like its a 93 or up twin turbo engine that will up the horse power much more an make it unique.

u still think it's never been done did u click on that link?

but you have a 92 supra right? do u mod it at all?

i am not calling u stupid at all man, u missed the whole point of my post. I'm simply saying if he wants to do it, go for it. If I had some money and time I would do it, it would be awesome IMO. You say ur wasting your time and money, but any car is a waste of time and money it's all in the eye of the beholder. You like ur car right? I could say u waste money by modding it and all, but that's what u wanna do.

I've seen 5MGE's in a lot of Toyota trucks.... I don't think tacomas... the older ones. If a 5M will go into a truck.... and a 7M will go in the place of a 5M with a little work.... I don't see it being a problem at all. He's got a lot of work ahead of him.... but with enough $ and knowledge I wouldn't doubt that it could be done.

You're 100% absolutely STUPID in the head. I mean, I'm surprised you figured out what the keyboard is for, Jesus.

That's the exact dilemma. The older Toyota trucks could take a 7M swap, but no one that I know of has done it in a Newer Tacoma.

ok supra king i'd suggest to just stop while you're ahead.

Look at all Jeeves posts, he knows his shit about supras, whether or not his is better than yours or vice versa. ppl will stop bashing you and attacking you when you don't come into a thread w/ 2 posts and say "it's not worth it". Did you think that you would get more responses if you didnt come in guns blazing like you did? I'm sure someone would've helped you out had you been nicer.

but like i said, just chill and relax, you're getting worked up over nothing and you don't want it to mess up your stay at TN. wouldn't you rather be welcome in the supra section and get your questions answered rather than get picked on cuz ppl know you as a jerk?
