Idle surging

My 1991 supra turbo starts great, runs smooth, but after its warmed up, the idle remains high and then drops. Up down, up down. 1200 - 1600. 3 - 4 seconds every cycle. Any ideas?

I tried e-mailing you back, but it wouldnt let me.. (you e-mailed me from AF)

Im not entirely sure How i fixed it.. It had this problem for two months, I had it
towed to a mechanic, he called me and said it ran fine, It hasnt done anything since.. and the mechanic never touched it..

The only thing I did before I had it towed was cover some broken
wires from the cam position sensor, and the coolant temp sensor..

I would Check these things..
1) clean and test the ISC
(while the car is running and warm, open the hood, have someone shut the car off, you should hear a fast clicking coming from the ISC for a few seconds)
2) Adjust TPS
3) Check all ISC, TPS, and CPS, and coolant temp sensor wiring.. the
CPS wires like to break by the harness right above the CPS..
