front bushing help

My '87 Supra wanders or shimmys - especially when I hit bumps or curves. We jacked it up on one side, held the steering wheel and wiggled the tire side to side. I noticed the upper wishbone slides forward and backward on the bushings a little. I didn't see anything else underneath that looked loose. So I'm guessing I need to replace those upper bushings. Looking for advice on how hard the job is. My dad has an electric impact wrench, but it won't fit in there to take those upper bolts or nuts out. Is this something that needs a press to put new bushings in? There's also a steering damper up front that probably hasn't been replaced before. 98K miles. Could this be the shimmy culprit?

Electric impact wrenches aren't worth their weight in pennies. That very well could be the culprit, if this was while the targa was off it could also be attributed to chassis flex.

I however have not done those bushings. Might wanna check out supramania.com or supraforums.com for more info.
