1) For future reference, please spell correctly. Posting like that really made me not want to read, reply, or decipher it.
2) The only cam from an NA that's different is the Exhaust cam, IIRC. The intake cam is the same.
3) There's really no telling whether a car will last or not. I've seen Mk3's rodknock and explode in the same day and I've seen 'em rodknock and drive for 3 months, then explode. Same thing goes for any critical part, Piston components, Head Gasket, Turbo Seals, Rod Knock, etc. There's no real good way to tell.
4) There aren't Lifters or Roller Cams for the Supra. The Supra uses a bucket and shim camshaft design, they aren't hydraulic. Hence, Supras will never have Lifter Tick.
5) Everything aftermarket for this car will cost you a pretty penny. Cams aren't commonly used nor are they extremely useful. They'll move the powerband around a little but I've never seen 'em do anything amazing. Pistons are useful as ours like to melt after 450hp. Rods are not necessary at all. The stock rods have proven to sustain more than 700hp w/o needing to be replaced. However, let me give you an idea of what you'll be looking to spend:
