USA Turbo replacement

So it looks like i have to do the turbo replacement. I got some web sites that sell but wondered about the warranty stuff. Mainly if i buy one with a 1 year limited warranty do i have to get it installed by a shop or can i do it myslef anybody know. Thanks for the info

That depends greatly on shop policy. Some will only replace parts of it if a qualified shop does it. Really depends on the person/company offrering the warranty

3rd Generation

actually came down to the core being in good shape so looks like it actually a rebuild project. Have it down at TEC Turbo Engineering Corp. They Are rebuilding it for like $300 with labor.

if you go to whitepages.com or some directory. You can look up turbo in colorado and they will come up. They have turbos in there that are off of v-12 25liter each piston, stationary motors that power the a/c unit for the airport out here f***ing huge. And one off a train that you an fit your arms into the inlet side CRAZY turbo people. LOL
