Synthetic Oil that best fits the 7MGTE

Well I know opinions can vary about oils, but I was just wondering what the best oils and weights are for the 7MGTE. The benefits are obvious for the turbo and motor longevity, but what I was really wondering was what is the best viscosity. Mobil-1 seems to have 10w-30 0w-40 and 15w-50. I'm also wondering if I can expect to see small leaks become exponentially worse from the 7M. Right now I have no drips but there is a slight coating ever present under there near the bell housing from long term slow seeps. No leaks up top yet. Car has 58200 miles and its a 92.

Mobile High Mileage 10W-30. All I run. [sidenote: 58k? That's low for a 92. I mean, that's like 2300 miles a year.)

MHM (Mobil High Mileage) has a compound in it that has a tendency to swell older gaskets making them seal better. This has helped out both cars that have used it that had leaks. Depending on the leak location however it may not do anything.

Personally, mobil's the shit. If I can afford it (a big IF) that's all I'll use. Fram's are horrid, etc.
