MkIII CF hood?

I know http://www.carbonfibrefx.com/ has a good hood that looks like the stock one, yet lighter. But I remember not long after i joined seeing a japanese supplier with full kits for around $1850 with fluting on the hood for better air flow (front bumper, side skirts and hood). Would anyone know of good suppliers who ship internationally with a good quality CF hood?

I lost the link to the japanese supplier after my last format.

Make an image, upload it somewhere, then link to it in your "Control Panel" -> "Edit Signature" options.

The last set of CF hoods for the Mk3 I saw had big issues. Several members had the hoods rip off the mounts on the freeway.

There were also issues with delamination. CFx stood behind the product, but I don't think anyone has ordered since...

are there any other CF hood's of decent quality out there? preferably with the vents...this following pic is a soop from a supra cruise i went on recently. I wanted one like this, and I have seen one similar for a MKIII on here but cant find it unfortunately.

So if anyone could point me in the right direction i'll be greatful...Going for the MkIII panda look to go with the Bomex kit i'm getting for my soop.

Jeeves, I haven't heard of a new case of delamination in probobly 2 years! The problems were fixed, hood reworked. They now use a new latching mechanism aswell.

Wolfie: Call Duane on his toll free number (on the site) and talk to him personally. He'll answer all your questions. If you want a hood with crazy vents search japan. Nobody in North America makes them as far as I know. If you really want one Duane can make it, just costs more.

Tosh, well, this case was under 2 years ago, I'm sure.

Stout is the company...in Japan of course. Very rare pieces here, though there are a couple, and a couple of knockoffs
