Cool Adjustments

what is the clutch pedal freeplay allowance for a 7m-gte manual tranny ? don't wanna burn the clutch out just by idling.

depends on what you want. I like 1/4-1/2 inch, some like a deeper pedal.

Pedal Height adjustment: 157-167mm height from asphalt sheet (yes, the total pedal height is adjustable too). Pushrod play 1-5mm, clutch free play 5-15mm, full stroke to release point play min 25mm. Adjust the clutch/neutral start switch as required.
