3rd Generation Best MHG

Ok i used the search button to try and find this but when i got through the 7th page about HG i gave in and thought i would ask. Was just wondering what would be the best MHG out there. Thanks guys and i am sure this has been discused just couldn't find anything.

That depends on the work that's been done to the head, and the block. There's not really a better, just different options to work with different setups.

Block And head machined. Gunna be runnin 15 or so psi. Want to go with metal this is the first HG i will be putting on it but it has had 3 previous. 180000 miles.

I'm assuming you've upgraded the fuel system to get past 12psi then.

If you're running on stock bore and not much was taken off the head, a 1.2mm headgasket of most any variety will be just fine.
