Dash light on?

Hi i have an 87 supra turbo and this morning when i started it the light all the way to the left next to the temp guage flashed then went off, and i dont know what it is. I was thinkin it was the oil light since there is no other but i'm not sure. please help

that light would be your radiator light...it looks like a bird cage? u might want to check ur radiator fluid, and ur resevoir...if you have not done a radiator flush in a while, you might wanna get that done...or you could just be low on coolant

Or it could slowly be indicating a Blown Head Gasket...

ok well if it is indicating a blown head gasket is there a way to check if its gonna blow. and if it is about to go should i replace the gasket before it goes and what gasket should i use? thanks

MadMann. Use the search button. It's been discussed so many times, it's not even funny. However, in brief: It's not a 'simple' job, you cannot just pull it apart, replace, and go.

To check the condition of the head gasket a compression test and/or a leak down test is recommended.
