Ok here is the question. Would it be better to go with the lexus and 550s, or go with a afc. If the afc is the better route do i still need bigger injectors or what do i need. Also kinda a long shot but does anyone know of a good shop for tuning in or close to iowa. Having a little trouble finding anyone with a dyno. Thanks

They are different tools for different purposes.

The AFC is required for tuning where as the Lex AFM and the 550s will provide more fuel for more boost. However, this also requires either a better turbo setup or a fuel cut remover of some kind. You can't just slap 'em on and crank it up to 15psi.
