Got some Qs, might buy 94 TT supra

So theres a 1994 twin turbo supra that I could pick up for a real good deal, never winter driven, unmodded, haven't had the shit kicked out of it. Only thing that sucks, is that its an automatic. Wondering how commen it is for people with an auto. TT supra to convert it over to a 6spd?

I'm assuming that would require a proper ECU and harness as well and the transmission, what else would be required?

And where would be the best places to get these parts?
