USA Crushing the BOV

just bought a 1987 supra turbo all stock. also pretty new to the whole turbo thing, i was wondering what easy cheap DIY mods i could do and how to crush (if it is a good idea) the BOV?? thanks

ON www.supraforums.com they have a whole thread of 20 dollar mods...including tems override, foglight rewire, shortening your stock shifter, and turning up the boost w/o a boost controller...its pretty cool...ummm as for crushing the bov...i would just buy a new bov offa ebay for 50 bux

Crushing the BOV doesn't do anything for us. Typically, due to their age they're just replaced. I had 3 of them fail and said F'this and upgraded. It's not a performance mod other than the hard pipe that came with it, but I've never looked back.
