1990 Toyota Supra w/ 7MGT est cams for low end performance?

Now that I have my 7MGT Engine open on my 1990 Toyota Supra Turbo, if I were to replace the cam(s), what would be the best choices available to me, especially for more low end power?

Do I have to change both Intake and Exhaust cams at once?

Webcams make a set for the 7m. They are regrinds. One of the Toronto Supra club members might be selling his set. try emailing him at suprateacher@yahoo.com and see if he is still selling them.
