roll cages???

new boy here-anyone know where i can get my hands on a roll cage,pref secondhand or even blueprints for one for my 88 3.0 turbo....its only for the track so dont want to spend huge amounts of money,i have access to pipe benders and welders so making my own could be a poss answer but would like some measurements for what is best if second hand isnt poss...thanks.

Cages for Mk3's are not very abundant. I suggest you search SupraForums.com or take your car to a competent shop. Some shops will be able to set you up quite nicely, but cheap is RARELY part of the descriptor.

55ft of water piping later and lots of hours with a pipe bender and welder and daaaa daaaaaaaa....a cage.

its propper enuf to save my sorry ass if it tips up compared to a supra without one...if you are worried about the welding then its fine im a registered quallified welder..the pipe is thick enuf to take a good hit and it has double cross braces and front and rear struts with braces too....its a £1000 race car so i aint putting a £2000 cage in it..that is unless you are worried enuf to buy me one

cusco makas a bolt it, so do some other companys, thay fit really well. Dr. Jonez who is on just about every other mkiii place has a really cool one, his PERSONAL forum is www.mkiiitech.com it has photos , and hes a nice guy you could prolly ask him about it too.
