No, it will not just fit. You'd need a custom manifold and custom piping. If anything, I'd say the t5r is smaller. The T5R has a displacement of 2.3L where as the supra is a 3L engine.
You would still have to upgrade the fuel system (injectors, regulator, pump) and remove the boost cut. Simply swapping turbos will not get you to 14psi.
