For the 4.0l 6sp, I've seen mpg's of 18 - 22, although I have seen higher (search)
Rated horsepower is 235, stock.


I doubt anybody has put 100k yet on the 4.0, so it may be a few years.

I've just come into an 88 myself, SAS'd, with the 3.0 that I have heard nothing but problems of (head gasket). Hopefully I can get 75 - 100 out of it, since it was rebuilt and only has 50k on it now.
