Mostly a delay in throttle response if I remember, and it was worse when the outside temperature was hot. I'd be interested in hearing if anyone else is having issues with their manual transmisssion camrys. I might consider buying one, but not with TSBs being released every few months, so hopefully the issues are worked out soon.
