Exclamation Unknown Tercel wire...plz help!

Just a week ago, I got my new car, a 1993 Tercel. It came with a CD deck, but its old and busted, so I am working to change it. I have an old deck that works and was installing in it.

I got the cover off, disconnected it all, and using the wire harness connected all the wires. This Tercel has 2 non-stock 6x9's in the back run up thru. I have all the wires connected, including:

Front rights - Light green and blue
Front lefts - Pink and purple
Custom rear rights - It's own wire (Red and White capped off)
Custom rear lefts - It's own (Black and yellow capped off)

Now left is the brown for ground, blue/yellow for battery and gray for the ignition. I connect them in order. That should be all, for the power continue (blue/white) is not used in the Tercel. I plug in the wire harness, plug in the disc changer black cord and turn on the car.....but no power to the deck.

I am totally lost at the reason for it seems everything is connected.

Now there IS a wire coming from the left side, the same place the black disc changer cord comes crom. It is 2 wires together, gray and grey/black (+ and - i think). I do not see any purpose to this, so they just sit there. Does anyone have a clue what is the deal with the situation? Thanks alot if you can help!

Matt
