I would think Turbo it,,, and probably put new struts on as if those are factory, they are probably going to get mushy soon, if they aren't all ready.. If you want to make the engine go faster and no turbo,, I would say dump an engine in with more horses. Go with 185/R7013 tires. Not sure which you have..
Not sure how you will handle your smog laws with a new engine. That silver top engine trans package looks tasty I see advertised. otherwise..... it's just a cheap transportation car, no more, no less...
If your trans has 2 starter humps, its a C52. Is it a manual trans?
mine has C52.
