It won't fix itself and go away. If they did, I would be out of a job. Take both wheels off and switch the drums from left to right, and vice versa. You know you have some sort of good one on the left side, but the right is still suspect. Swap the drums and if the noise goes to the left wheel then you know what the problem is. If the noise is there, you have eliminated the drums and can look elsewhere. If that does not solve your problem, report back, and I'll give more insight.
