im pretty sure you can either adapt the current carbie(haven't looked at mine in forever) or maybe custom but i have heard of dual webers, pretty sure there made to fit the same space
Prepping dual webers for boost is ALOT harder than boxing in the stock carb, mainly because theres no parts available easily to do the conversion.

Let me add some opinions:
1.Turbo charger proportional to your motor size let me know if you need examples of impeller sizes. - Depends on what you want from the engine, bigger turbine scroll will be lazier on lower end, but will give a higher horsepower on top end. Granted you cant put a locomotive turbo into your corolla, but for example a truck holset on a 1.8 200SX does wonders.

2.exhaust flange with log manifold(thats what im doing unless you wanna spend like 800$)
-Log manifolds are cheap and get the job done. However they do lack in some areas, a ramhorn manifold shouldnt cost you 800 bucks. I made my own and it cost me 50bucks + some argon and tig filler.

3.inter cooler proportional to turbo... side mount should be big enough for a 1.6l - Bigger isnt better, but what you're also looking is flow as well as cooling capacity. Side mounts flow like shit, because they have lots of tight bends. Get a FMIC, they dont cost much on ebay.

4.oil sending and return lines, sandwich plate w/oil relocation kit (make your filter thread up so you can prime with oil when changing for turbo)
-Ummm.... I dont see the point here, my engine primes the filter just nicely on startup... More hoses and joints, the more chances of breakage and leakage.

5.oil cooler kit (optional) battery relocation kit (optional but recommended for heat and space issues) - Save your bucks, if you have to relocate your battery do it.

6.coolant lines and T's for splitting lines (I would just use the throttle body coolant lines nobody knows about) - Get a non water cooled turbo, alot easier. Dont use the throttle body lines, you're just going to cause problems with flow and possibly overheat. You want the turbo to circulate like the engine, cold side gets cool coolant and the hot side pushes out the hot coolant to the radiator. But like I said, get one without water cooling.

7.BOOST CONTROLLER (if you don't have one your fuckin stupid) - Wrong, its a waste of money to get boost controllers. Your wastegate will regulate boost to the predetermined amount the spring gives. I'm running a 0.7bar spring in my wastegate. Stock saab wastegates regulate boost to about 0.5bar, on most of their internal wastegated turbos. You can adjust it. Also keep in mind internally wastegated turbos can have boost creep.

8.Fuel management, bigger fuel pump and the works...(worst thing you can do is run lean!!!)
-Unless you go for high horsepower your stock pump should be fine for the moment. There are ways to make shortcuts, might not be the best idea but they've been done in the past.
Easiest way to push up your fuel pressure is to crush the top of the stock fuel pressure regulator in a vice. Puts more tension on the spring.
