their are probably 40 or 50 Autox events over the summer by the various clubs in the GTA. These are almost always open to the public.
The hardest thing in this area is to get the real estate. And almost every event has a zero tollerance for burnouts and sideways action(...sux).
Mosport have been renting out the skid pad and parking lot over at the driver development track for solo2, not sure but if anyone is gonna let us get sideways, it will be these guys...only catch is expensive compared to usual Solo2 arrangements.
It is alot of work organizing these events, you need space, timing equipment, pylons, marshalls, advertising ..etc. etc.
It seems each year their are less and less places allowing people to use their asphalt.
