I wish Toyota of Knoxville would take care of it, but they will not. Today I called them and they said they could not do anything more. When I took the car up there originally about the radio they told me toyota had no problems with the radios but they would swap mine out and just tell toyota it was blemished on the front. Today the dealer told me there was a Bulletin #AU003-7 about the radio problem and they replaced mine under that bulletin. Basically they lied up there trying to make me feel like I was the only one complaining about the radio. That pisses me off when they lie to you. That was great getting the radio replaced but the radio worked one day and then it craped out again getting terrible reception. The thing is, it will pick up very strong close stations, and so Toyota says that is all it needs to do. Every other vehicle I own picks up better than this piece of shit. They said they talked to the district Rep. Mike Rebich, and that was all they could do. Any ideas on what I should do from here?
