Fuel pressure regulator to help cams?

I've had a pair of web cams installed in my rebuilt 4age. I definetely feel the additional pull, especially at higher RPMs. I can hear the increased inhalation of air by my engine too. In general I think air, fuel, and spark to make power. Does anyone think it's appropriate to get Fuel Pressure Regulator for this?

(Not sure about painting my bumper yet so I can use some of the money for something else for the time being...)
