'96 Corolla DX Alignment Question

I have a '96 DX 1.8L (US Model) and I'm having trouble getting the alignment right. I've taken it to like 3 different shops, with a total of about 10+ alignments and nobody seems to know what's going on.

They go and they align it, and the car still pulls to the right. I've included the last alignment report just to see what you guys think.

The steering wheel is striaght, but the car will veer to the right. I've done everything to try to fix this - I got new struts and camber bolts and still nothing.
