New to MR2's with questions

As the title states, I am new to MR2's (have an Integra right now) and I am currently saving up to eventually purchase an mkII turbo. A few questions I have are in regards to inside space. I am a fairly big guy, around 6ft in height, and I want to know if I can fit my big ass in an MR2. Compared to an Integra, how big is it on the inside? How tall are you guys, and how well do you fit in one? How much can I expect to pay for an MR2 turbo, and what are my options in terms of turbo upgrades? Any help is appreciated.

6'1".... I fit just fine. You are probably looking at $5k+ for a '91 Turbo here in Cali. The newer and more options.... just keep adding to the price.

I have a buddy that's 6'6" and he is comfortable in my car.

You're going to have less space then the integra just becuase there's no back seat

WOW! I was always told that I wouldnt fit in an MR2. I am 6'1 myself, so I am surprised that you guys fit so well. All the ones I could find that are turbo are 9K plus here in CA, unless I want to drive to Oregon. There were cheaper turbo MR2's, but they all had jap swaps in them, an dI would never be able to smog it.

I have a JDM swap... smog isn't a big deal. You are looking in the wrong place if a '91T is $9k.

Here are some in SoCal...

$6,500

$6,500

I looked on autotrader and other sites like it. I thought the JDM swaps had no EGR? How can you smog with no EGR?

I'm also 6'1", 200lbs. I find the MK2 to be surprisingly very ergonomically designed. My buddy has a '99 eclipse GSX. When I sit in his car, I feal cramped because my knees rub the dash. The MR2 has a crap load of leg room.
