Canada Electrical Coil Bog??

Hi guys, I need some real good idea's what could be my electrical problem
I had brought up this same problem about six months ago with no results, so I will try again to see if any of you now have come across this problem.

Have a 91 NA. The problem is that I get a "intermintent" bog throughout my driving range as well in neutral with no load when pumping the accellerator bring up the RPMs. During this bog the (engine light flickers for the split second of the bog). Theres no flicker/bog at idle.

The car was running excellent for about 6 months "after" I got new: igniter, distributor, distributor cap & rotor, plugs, wires, fuel filer and rebuilt Alt, as well as oxg sencer. TIMING is right on the money, great HP until bog.

Besides my main problem here as stated, electronics bought in Canada at some places can't be returned once used/open and as we know Toyota parts are exspensive as hell.

I'm thinking that it not the distrbutor becouse it was new, but perhaps the cap has worn although I took a good look at both and rotor. I ever rechecked all plugs and wires. My second thought was perhaps the coil is braking down (if this is possible) without not working at all.

Thirdly, I'm confused with the engine light flicking during this bog, because it shows no fault code when checked. Toyota dos'nt have troubleshooting (spare) ECUs and said they would only do a dianostics which I can do, so their no help...except fix by replacement and labour $$$$$$$$$$.
I thank you guys for taking the time to read this. Any ideas are very welcomed.

No it has not been, however I thought they (coil) either work or not work (like a light bulb). Just picked up a new cap and rotor......wasn't that. Do ya think that a coil can start to malfuction? dropping the spark votage at some peak RPMs. I did a omhs check and it seems all right?

Kind of broad, but I will recheck all grounds/connectors and everything in between again. Not much cost in doing that
