86 mr2 na hard starting when cold

Hi everyone! I'm new in this forum and would want to find out why my 86 MR2 takes several cranks before it fires up when cold. I've checked and cleaned the cold start valve but still no improvement. All inputs will be highly appreciated. Thanks.
