I want to know what clutch is good and the brand of the clutch doing the swap soon so i need to know what clutch should i put in. Iam a every day drive and like to race on the weekend and looking to have around 250 to 450 hps.

SPEC is the clutch I see get the best reviews for MR2s. You would probably want a stage 3 or 4.

I've had pretty good luck with www.horsepowerfreaks.com.

I don't know if they've got the best pricing or not.

i got a spec stage 2 clutch from www.thespeedfactor.com I believe they carry other stages as well.
