88' 3.8V6 SC MKI to share

thought you guys might like to see this - by no means is this a new mr2 project - but i was talking to carl crawford this weekend @ a bon fire - owner of www.speed-source.net and the guy that has done my 5sfte...

i had never known this was one of his first HUGE mr2 projects... he was also one of the early guys to drop a 3sgte into an mki... i don't have a link to that right now though - maybe later

anyways here is a much more complete link on some info and buildup
http://www.djedwhite.com/photo/photo.php?dir=1200/mr2

Read in on the motor - GM 3.8V6SC! haha - nice little torque monster... car went through a lot and is something to be proud of, even though it is old, in the mr2 community...

sorry. carl was NOT the first to do the Mk1.5
that honor belongs to Deno Plumley. he was the first in the world to do the 3SGT-E swap into the MkI.

Neat, I think I remember that car from somewhere. What ever happened to that car? Its always nice to see other V6'ers on the road.
