damn! spark plug wires from 1992!

i just had a look at my spark plug wires and they r dated 1992. this shud definately explain my boost drop, and wavey powerband.

has anyone else experience like a wavey humm when driving? is this normal or bad ignition.

damn i'm a lazy bugger.

whats recommended spark plugs? and gapping.

thanks

Get stock wires, they're more than adequete and less expense then a lot of the aftermarket ones. I've seen NGK copper gapped to .28 recommended quite a bit.

Gap is .028", not .28"
.28 would be over a 1/4-inch

NGK 6097 plugs
A new cap and rotor along with your new TOYOTA wires is a good idea.

I would do all of that stuff once per year.
